About Me CHALLENGING PROFESSION

culinary tours worldwide: DOHA, DOHA, Qatar; I am currently employed as a Executive Sous Chef with Alwadi Doha - MGallery Hotel Collection By Accor Group in Qatar. I have previous experience as a Chef De Cuisine & Sous Chef at Marriott Group in Qatar. As a chef, I had the opportunity to work for various hospitality groups.For me working in the hospitality industry is a real passion for me, not only as a profession but also as a way to live a dynamic, interesting, and challenging life, and to strive to improve myself every day. Meeting people from all over the world. Trying to always be impeccable in one's appearance and attitude, while striving to gain more knowledge and diversify one's abilities. This is my understanding of a profession that is both appealing and challenging.I was born into a family that was mostly farmers in Kallappatti, South India, but I decided to pursue a career in catering.Mrs. Kamalam was the one who chose me when I decided on catering. My primary guru, my God, my mother are...She was the one who taught me how to cook, being an excellent cook herself. I was patiently taught the ABCs of food by her with her holding. My gratitude extends to all the cooking skills I have learned as a chef today.
